Qben Rail

Note: Qben Infra signed a share purchase agreement on 15 October 2025 to divest the Qben Rail platform to Eleda Norge AS. The divestment is underway and will be realized in two phases, the final of which is planned to be completed in January 2026. Qben Rail focuses on the development, maintenance, and inspection of railway systems to ensure efficient and safe transport. The company works on both new railway projects and the maintenance of existing rail infrastructure.
